She enjoys movies, music, reading, cooking, nature walks, and meditation during her personal time.
Her passion for perpetual learning drives her in the constantly evolving field of medicine, especially infertility. She dreams of opening charitable centers in India to offer infertility treatments to less fortunate couples, as she believes parenthood is a right for all.
Dr. Ruma faced her biggest challenge in 2010 when she lost her husband to cancer. Balancing her professional responsibilities while raising two young children was difficult, but with the support of her parents and God’s grace, she persevered. Her message to the community is to always share a part of what you earn with those less fortunate and let your actions uplift humanity.
